Possibly. If you've a decent argument to offer the engineers, I'll certainly raise it.

In the mean time, we've a banner in a prime location, and a good relationship with the club should we decide to create new banners.

Life is sometimes about compromise and playing the hand you're dealt. I certainly don't feel the club are being obstructive. I believe they'll look for ways to help rather than ways to obstruct.

If you've suggestion for another location, the club will give it full consideration, of that I'm sure.

The club offered the gaps at the back of the stand In good faith. It was in my opinion a genuine offer.

They approached the other parties about it and found that they had issues. They looked at ways round them, but there are logistical issues and cost implications. They haven't ruled them out, but they're not feasible at the moment.

If there was anything to kick the club about, I'm more than willing to join in. By the same token, I feel it's only fair to speak up when they're trying to help.

I can't say the reasons offered are true, but I can say that I don't doubt if they could have put the flags in the gaps, they would have done. If we're being spun a yarn, so are they.

all im saying is.. once that backrow is full.. the banner is empty

think of european clubs.. this banner would be on display constantly.. if that's the best they can offer, i guess there's nothing we can do, it's just a shame..

So, given what I've posted, where would you put it?

The current location is not cast in stone, they were certainly open to suggestion.

I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm genuinely wanting it, and any future flags in the best spot. I believe, based on conversations with them, the club do too.

well think of it's current sport

half of it will not be visible assuming that block is full of fans.. maybe the club doesn't expect that block to be filled?

So where would you put it?

As an example of the discussions, the club looked at thel gap next to the score board as the supports are in place.. Unfortunately it's too small for the current flag.

I think that for the future, the gaps at the back of the stands are an option, and the club support them.

i'd put it in the segregation where there is no fans or where there is empty inevitable seats or over the front of the stand

i'd also have it passed amongst the fans during the start of the game

but it's part of the reason i don't go to games anymore

the atmosphere is just too poor.. i've been to polish games etc..

Surely those in the visiting delegation to the ground Dutch will have stood on the pitchside and by viewing the stadium together & in consultation would of been able to see It's most visible vantage point. Or was it consultancy in the office.

There are no gaps tomorrow Big enough for this flag.

Passed over the fans is certainly an option The club have offered this. Let's see how it looks tomorrow. The club are definitely willing to listen if a better solution's available. There's always the issue of the other banner to consider, and it's heavier, so is even more limited for where it will fit, so probably better suited to being passed around.

The delegation was me, and it was pitch side. The club offered a number of options, some of which it turned out the engineers had issues with at the moment. sometimes sizes are deceiving. Before they put it there, I didn't think the banner would fit under the control box at all.

It was not possible to start dragging the banner to various bits of the ground. For example, the gaps at the back of the stand, because there was a lot of other works going on, plus they were preparing for the rugby.

Where would you suggest it's positioned?

We also lack a banner that shape and a stand of that design.
