    reminds me of the time i met a friend of mine in the street who was crying i asked what the trouble was and he said he had found a pay packet with five hundred pounds in it,knowing how broke he was i said why are you crying, he replied look at the slip and how much tax i have paid

    The bastard takes over 2 ****ing grand off me every ****ing month.

    Then there's N.I. etc, etc.

    And that's just the start of it! I spend £60 a week just to get to work and back on petrol. How much of that goes to him as well?

    Then there's VAT on everything else but food.

    It just feels like he's getting most of what I take home!

    That's not my point. It's about what Vince said above. It's only us paye who pay tax!

    Its us who they come after if we underpay by a few hundred one year. Then they excuse these multi-million/billion companies who pay **** all tax because the system allows them to play smart and avoid paying anything at all.

    I don't mind paying tax! If we're all paying it!

    I get the difference between tax avoidance snd tax evasion. The first is legal the latter not.

    But these companies are starting to take the piss out of tax avoidance!
