The big pluses about his time at Brighton are that he was box office, raised their profile, filled their stadium and the players loved playing for him.

He hasn't raised our profile in the slightest, we've had a bigger box office name in Keano, our stadium is being filled as it was before he came and our players don't look like they enjoy playing for him in the slightest.

I think that's a great defence of his time at Brighton which only goes to show even his positives have disappeared.

Votes are changeable... Has today done anything to prove Gus is the man for us or alternatively shown that he's not up to it?

    Where do we stand?

Where do we stand on the powers to be regarding Gus?

Ellis short sacked MON with a eerily similar record to Gus as we stand.. That was later in the season and the fiery Mortadella got us that famous win at SJP & a rare win against everton. .Ellis sacked Mortadella early in the season for obviously the results but his statements on the players were bang on. Fark from the outside looking in Betty Crocker could tell you that! Gus's actions against the fans & against the Reid era's ( which have Fark all to do with his own results) tells me one thing. He's going down with a bang taking anyone with him. The best managers/coaches in the world do the complete opposite to GP. If they have a bad run they let their results do the talking & most of all you can see the players wanting to play for their manager, this is scarily questionable ATM. I'm also wondering who the Fark is Lee Congerton? Seriously what's this blokes job? Does he just nod to Gus's exceptions? I complained when that ranger demfanti went gun ho on piles of **** but we have we shot our selfs in the foot again? Their was a reason lee was sacked by hamburg <doh>
