That's a given Chazz, I can only think of yourself, myself & a handful of others who are in the minority.

Racism is the Chelsea scum ****s in the video above. Bigotry is shown in tuther ones video, although the editing of that video has been questioned by many.

The PL is made up of managers from France (5%), Wales (10%) , Portugal (5%), Chile (5%), Holland (10%), Spain (5%),Uruguay (5%), Argentina (5%), Northern Ireland (5%) & England (45%). An excellent example of diversity & culture. The PL should be applauded.

What about the ethnic cleansing of all the Scottish managers, down from 35% to 0% ?

They two from this season were given a chance, they were ****, they were sacked, it's quite funny but completely consistent with the majority of **** managers.

We know. The Russians lost so many mainly because the Red Army was crap and they were cannon fodder for Stalin.

    Don't talk like a twat,
If someone emerged who was a fantastic manager and won trophies whilst playing exciting football and had a 'formula' known only to him ( or her) it would not matter if this person was fluorescent orange with yellow poka dots and a red stipe across their forehead, female, gay, transvestite, muslim, jewish, non believer or anything else.
Every club in the World would be wanting them.
It's nothing to do with colour, creed or gender, it's all about ability.

Fat people from Hull with treacley fingers and a bad back are severely under represented in Premier League management. FACT

I agree - Sagbo only got a 2 game ban for supporting Anelke's anti-Jewish stance and he's still playing here - are you outraged

Two wrongs don't make a right. Sagbo's conduct was quite rightly punished and I supported that. If he never played again for the club, I would have supported that too. I was not outraged by Sagbo's behaviour, disappointed and I found it offensive.
What is worse than outright racism, is justification of it. I am no angel, I have my own prejudices, I do not like some types of people, but my prejudice is based on the person and not colour, nationality, religion or sexual orientation.
The one type of person I have an extreme intolerance of is racist bigots, sorry but I can't help myself.

Well if we're going down this route.... this isnt hearsay or media sensationalism, this is direct from my ex (I was seeing her at the time) who works in the police. Last year her and all her colleagues were told in a morning briefing by her Chief Constable, who is Asian and Muslim, that they were not to arrest anyone from the Muslim community who were drunk driving or speeding after celebrating Eid at the end of Ramadan "because they are only celebrating and having fun". When one of the constables asked "so are we not arresting drunk drivers or those speeding around in cars at Christmas?" he was told that is different. Incredible....

Anyone on here will know I'm not one for religious or racist scaremongering, but I thought I'd share this as it seemed appropriate.I said she should go to the media about it but she didnt want to rock the boat but you can 100% see that as a front page lead in the Daily Mail.

There is no debate. Why you try to justify your argument, it is shallow and has no real value, is beyond belief.

If you truly hold the view that racism is acceptable in any form, there is no place for you supporting a multi cultural team like Hull City.

Can someone with a legal mind explain why the Met Police are getting involved? I'm sure there's a valid reason but I just dont get it. Surely its one for the French police, isnt it? The crime was committed entirely in France.

So they're not actual doing anything legal then? If so then that makes sense.

Because football supporters are different to the general public.

On your first post, at least the plod know it is wrong. Turning a blind eye to crime because of a perception that it could cause offence is as bad as racist behaviour, it promotes difference.

Positive discrimination in the workplace is slightly different, if it is used purely to tick boxes, it is wrong, but if it is for the benefit for society it can be a good thing. But in all cases, the best person for the job, should be the first consideration.

The video is sickening and hard to watch, disgraceful. One thing I will say is to me it doesn't sound like there are more than 3 or 4 singing that chant(which is of course too many either way) but some of them look very embarrassed and don't appear to be joining in at all, so I think it's important not to generalise and not come to the conclusion that all Chelsea fans who were on that train are racist scum.

I was thinking about this, some of the people clearly visible in the clip might be identified and vilified when they've done nothing other than be standing next to someone who was behaving disgracefully. I mean, we've all stood next to people on a train, how can they be implicated? They could lose their jobs because of this and it must be incredibly difficult for the police, on this evidence alone, to prove who did what.

I dont envy them that one and if some of those in the shot are innocent they must be petrified of how this will impact on their lives.

And that is why a police investigation in necessary. Conducted by the French. Supported by the Met.

So that those responsible for committing the crime can be tried before a court, and if found guilty, punished accordingly.

This is, in a nut shell, the judicial system which has been used in Europe for many, many years.

It's a real surprise that some people don't seem to realise this.

Commit a crime. Expect it to be investigated by the Law. If guilty then expect a punishment.

    Hardly a new idea.

My point was more of what BCC eluded to, that this will have a huge impact on all of those people's lives, guilty or not. Just because of the way the media is today.
