Sorry about the thread title everyone. It's been very slow on QPR related news this week and also a tad stressful on this fine forum of ours the last few days.

Anyway most of you I expect have already seen this but for anyone who has missed it have a read. I found it refreshing and upbeat whatever your opinion on the way our club is being run is at the moment.

(Note to Yappy and Kiwi, I promise I'm not trying to steal your job on our forum )

LES FERDINAND EXPLAINS WHY HE WISHES CHRIS RAMSEY HAD COACHED HIM

LES FERDINAND didn't do too badly as a player - he enjoyed a career that spanned almost 20 years and is listed as the eighth highest scorer in Premier League history.
But the QPR legend, and now Director of Football at Loftus Road, has told London Call-In that he would have been even better if he had been coached by Chris Ramsey.

    Read on at http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/l...chris-ramsey-qpr-london-call-in-2279427.aspx?

Oh and check the picture. Poor old Chris looks like he's wearing a wig in the article picture due to the angle the photo was taken catching the bloke standing behind him...

Not to be so negative but there are always super positive articles like this no matter who is in charge and how bad they are. So, these kinds of articles are lost on me because it doesn't make me feel that much more positive at all.

I like the way Chris R. talks and I'm hoping more good results will come. But I've got no interest in articles on the official site anymore because they have proven themselves to mean nothing either way.

Please can you mark football threads as "off topic" when posting in the Overmodding section.

    Thanks.

Fair play mate, I won't shoot you down for expressing your opinion and I'm not disagreeing with you. I put this up to give some of us a break from the many OT threads doing the rounds at present.

I still feel to choose a word relived that Harold has gone and feel much more upbeat after that in my opinion unexpected win against Sunderland.

You are right as being this has come from the PR team at HQ, you can make what you like of it. For me it's very refreshing anyway.

Lol, I was going to use the OT marker but say on topic. I really don't mind any OT threads but it has been dead with relation to QPR stuff for us to talk about.

I'v even banned myself from posting on our music thread between Mondays to Thursdays.

    <laugh>,

OK, I'm going to implement a new rule on this thread, if it all goes pear shaped and kicks off I will retaliate by posting a selection of BananaRama songs, please I beg you don't make me do that!

(Note, sorry if this offends any BanannaRama fans in the house)

Just to get this thread back to "Off Topic"...I really think Chris looks so much better in coaching gear and bobble hat...where he is "seriously cute" {copyright QPRBeth 2015), as opposed to in a suit, where he is not so cute.

Chris the team (and I) will take you far more seriously in tracksuit, than in suit
