Having watched your posted video numerous times, it doesn't appear to be overly populated by "black people" and are you suggesting that the guy who couldn't get on the metro was in this video? Perhaps you are are just offering support to the self proclaimed racists in the original video?
im just highlighting the utter hypocrisy of racism - anybody says something to a black person and there's utter outrage - when its against someone who's not black then no-one says jack- just look at the recent example of the Italian guy who said there were too many black players in Italy, he gets accused of racism - when Jason Roberts and Rio say there are too many white managers, then that's ok apparently
The singing of "where were you in World War II?" reminds me of Lokeren, where I have never in my life been so embarrassed to be a Hull City fan. Other than being historically ****ing idiotic, were the people singing it doing their bit in WWII? Were they there fighting in the ****ing jungles of Burma? I imagine if we'd drawn a Russian team they'd have sung the same, just bypassing the fact that 19million Russians died compared to 500,000 British. I dont agree with that actually, the ratio of black managers compared to black players is the issue. I'm guessing here but I imagine there must be, say 20% non-white players in England if not more. 20% of the managers arent non white. And just a point to clarify, Arrigo Sacchi didnt say there were too many black players in Italy, he said there were too many black players in the under 17 tournament that he was commenting on. Which is still idiotic but he didnt mean Italian football in general.

That's totally fine to say, due to the last few hundred years of white privilege and a social system set up to **** over anyone who isn't white and male. There are two non-debatable facts about football management: There are too many white managers There are too many male managers
The number of black managers is definitely disproportionate to the number of black players, but real life doesn't always follow the maths. For example (I would guess) the ratio of Scottish managers in the Football League and Prem compared to the number of Scottish players is skewed the other way. Which suggests there could be cultural reasons why certain groups are more successful in certain jobs than others. I'm sure racism also plays a part, but equally it's fairly certain that most owners would hire a Martian if it meant success on the field and therefore higher profits.
Too many by what standard? If you applied the same standard, would there then be too many black footballers?

Too many females working in State Nurseries (97%). **** your sex, **** your colour, **** your culture & **** your religion if you're the best person for the job you should get the job. Employing people to fulfil statistical quotas is as equally discriminatory as any other form of discrimination as well as being patronising & insulting to those given the jobs.
