In fairness, the Scottish middle order put up at least a modicum of resistance, but the NZ bowling attack looks good. Pace and swing, plus the miserly Vettori (who must be at least 100 by now).
POLICE today scoured a river in the hunt for missing Southampton barmaid Charlene McCluskey. The mum-of-two has been missing for nearly a week after being last seen leaving work at a Southampton pub. Man this is so sad. My mum use to teach her child. http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/11799346.River_searched_in_hunt_for_missing_Southampton_mum/
Just seen Sadio Mane in Shirley Lidl. He's a slight lad. Smiled at my eldest brother who was staring at him after I pointed him out.
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/117...n_course_for_a_one_way_ticket_to_Mars/?ref=mr Article about a Hampshire woman who is in last 100 to undergo a selecton process for a 1 way ticket to Mars. Why would you volunteer for that? She says her family are supportive....I can only say they must really hate her. I suspect most are happy to undergo the selection process without any real intention of going. Said to be going to be a reality TV show....enough said.
Sadio was wearing the same kit when I saw him later in Lidl. He came in with a mate who was also wearing similar gear, and I couldn't recognise him. None of the first team. May not even be a footballer, of course. EDIT: Oh dear..! Smacked wrist. I checked the Academy. Pretty sure the mystery friend in similar gear was Bevis Mugabi. He's was quite imposing, so I instinctively didn't think under-age player. In fact, he looked the 25 I thought he was in his pro-signing photo the other day. Big laddie.
It is not a usual chick flick; I would describe it as "uncomfortable" due to the subject. It's not a bad film, but it's not a 'nice' film. I watched it couple if years back and didn't enjoy it. I found it too haunting.
Good call sounds like then, she told me what it was about and I said I really wasn't in the mood for that sort of film! Glad I did and had an early night!
Clash Magazine are premiering Fable's new video today, which is kinda cool. Have a watch here - http://www.clashmusic.com/videos/premiere-fable-silence-myself
Never seen the film....but an interesting book. Enjoyed book, but no point in seeing on screen once you'd read it.
There's a lot of media coverage of the disgraceful behaviour of the Chelsea fans who prevented a black man getting onto a train and deterred a black woman from doing the same. No large group of people would be free of racists, but shocking that they felt able to express this so openly...you would only do that if you thought you would get group support. Makes you wonder if any black Chelsea supporter would feel comfortable going to away games. A reflection not only on Chelsea fans, but sadly on UK football. The FA should demand an enquiry.
