Moyes would have done better with the players at the club now and he did almost as well as LvG with a much weaker squad, so that's Fergie and and Moyes that would do better than the Dutchman.

Fergie didnt always win the title. Hes had many seasons like this where the title is out of reach but he keeps us competitive. 2004-2006 for example.
SAF wouldn't do anything with this team, because he wouldn't have signed the players LvG did. Herrera, Di Maria and possibly Blind, I could see him signing. But certainly not Rojo, Falcao and probably not Shaw at that price either. SAF would have signed some decent CBs and a world class CM.
