Let's hope that the "attacking" training has been successful, and that we will know not only where the net is, but more importantly, how to put it in the net....
Ha ha! Some will definitely blame Monk, whilst others will defend him! But that is great, because that is what this forum is all about!
Fully agree, it can get heated on hear at times, but we all want to see Swansea doing well and playing well
Would be nice to see him get us play good once this season I suppose But i we play like we have been playing, then we will get slaughtered.
Not expecting any points on Saturday - any points will be a bonus. The score shouldn't be high as United aren't scoring that easily, although our defence (irrespective of clean sheets earlier in the season and all Monk has had to say in recent weeks) has been piss poor at recently. But I do expect us to play like a team that is trying to compete and has belief. (If we win or draw I expect to see plenty of - Monk's tactics worked perfectly, we are on a high, look at the points we've got, I told you so etc, If we lose I expect plenty of - Man U are top 3, They have an experienced manager, They wanted revenge, Our player are only getting to ether after injuries and suspensions, Our team cost less than Felaini's hair dresser costs, They had a game in the week to try things out, We have taken 3 points from them for the first time ever, We are 9th)
That is spot on, whenever we achieve a result against the so called big 4 it is a bonus. So I go to these games relaxed and tend to enjoy more. But, if we do achieve something we then have to capitalise when we lay clubs around us straight after. What I am trying to say is having or if we get something Saturday and then losing away at Burnley infuriates me.
We will get more than 4 points from the above fixtures, we should at least get 4 from our home games, now I'll leave you to figure out which one we will win and which we will draw, bright eyes!.................
We won't be 9th for much longer, then watch the rats desert the ship,as they did for most of the recent Southampton game.
