I was surprised to see it on the main forum in the first place mate..If it was a message for the Mods I would have thought it would have been done privately..

 

Indeed marra but we're only the members, what right do we have to know what's going on?

 

If a member reports a post it is supposed to notify the mods to take a look at the reported post and take any action, a glitch meant we were not being notified, fixed now

 

So it is a closed shop then?
Who was reported & by whom?

 

If you reported a particular post billy i wouldnt tell anyone, what might upset one person wouldn't necessarily upset somebody else, thats what it is there for, so that anybody can confidentially bring a concern to the mods attention

 

I've never reported anyone in my life, I'd rather just say it to them.
Very cowardly tactic in my opinion to bitch on about people behind their backs - ****ing wimps.

I'm with Billy on this one, if one single poster on here is going to the mods reporting our posters instead of trying to sort it out with the poster first then you are a ****ing low life coward and there's no place for you on a forum like this.

WMS & other mods, yous aren't the police or ****ing secret service nor is this a place of work. If a grown man is crying to you about somebody else tell them to grow a pair and **** off

 

aye..dont think it's all the mods like. just some of them.

 

Mods have to stick by the rules laid down by the forum administrator, and if that means investigating a complaint given in confidence then that is what they have to do. If the result of that investigation results in discovering a serious breach of forum rules then they have to be seen to act on it..
PS...I have never reported anyone either, but I can also see that the mods are here for a reason,because without them the forum would have been closed down by now..

I should have refrained from naming mods, I actually think all of them are alright. I absolutley also get where RAW is coming from, however, this is an issue where board members have to take responsibility and first of all try and sort out whatever problem they have with a poster, my all means necessary before they take the cowards route

 

This forum for me is like a roller coaster ride in the fact that it goes through ups and downs..
