Playing some nice football but we are too vulnerable to a counter. They are defending in depth and if they score a 2nd it's over. We need to vary the attack otherwise we'll go nowhere
Was always going to be a hard game. Palace are sitting deep and countering which was only to be expected. We're struggling to find a way through but it doesn't help that were trying to walk it in and the ref seems to have a Palace short on too. Gayle clearly dived to not only get a free kick but also Hendo booked. We should have had a penalty too, why would Sturridge go down when he's six yards from goal with a clear shot?

I'd be bringing Lovren in for Allen, push Can forward into midfield. Of Balotelli must come on, take Lallana off and play 3412
I don't think we're trying to walk the ball in. Hendo had a good shot from distance, Markovic another from outside the box, Allen had a good volley from outside and Coutinho has had a couple from outside as well, one of which was saved and a couple blocked. Think there is so little space that trying to probe and work it into the box but when nothing else on, haven't been afraid to shoot from distance and have actually been decent and hit the target as well.
They called Bolton's dive for a penalty against us "trickery" that he could "be proud of". They are totally biased ****s.
