    Some terrific high scoring games in the Championship. Blackpool 4-4 Forest for example. takes you back, doesn't it.

    Southend lost for the first time at home in the league since October the 4th today. Conceded at Roots Hall for the first time since October the 25th. :(

    Missed a chance to move into the automatic promotion places.

    Like Southend...there fans were brilliant down here in the Championship..,last game of the season, they were relegated and we were heading for the dreaded play offs.

    They've been averaging about 5,000-5,500 this season, but still take some good away followings. 1,462 I think it was, at Pompey away.

    Had a big chance today, but didn't really turn up. Their fans always talk about Saints away, though!
