Reminds me of a bar at the top end of the Falls Road in Belfast near Miltown Cemetery called The Rock.
Provo to the end & mad as **** but I had a couple of 'canny' nights in there, <laugh>

    Very little I'd guess.
It's funny though, most kids are brainwashed by their parents when it comes to politics, religion & football.
My dad just let us make our own minds up about things.
Just as ****ing well as he was a mag, lol.

It's how it was back then in the 60's, we all did it, Sunday school the lot. We all have our hatred of the past and for servicemen in Belfast in the 70's/80's it must be a constant nightmare and more so that they seem to be the forgotten lads now. My hatred is against the suits with stripes that forgot the daily battle these lads had in NI. I will always remember you lads..<ok>

It's all mad mate ........ my ancient family were Border Reivers, the Scotts of Harden, and I still feel guided by them.

Me & Mrs Smug were at the old family home last week and I felt more at home there than anywhere I've ever been.

It's all crackers, like I have no control over my own destiny ...........

Bloody hell - I suspect we must be distantly related. My distant family were also border reivers called Scott
