Have just listened to the manager giving an interview following his first training session. I concede my only language is English, but can someone translate for me in simple terms what he was saying, please

l find him largely impossible to understand. How are the players expected to cope?.

At least BPs' understanding of the language was better; albeit some of what he mentioned was 'lost in translation'
    Come back Chris Powell.....!!

And the fact bob said "ok" after everything too. I think that's why the players turned against him.

Good article. Sums it up well. He behaves like a clown on the touchline, and the players ignore him.
I cannot see him surviving the rest of the season. Damien Matthew will be made caretaker.

I think Damien Matthews is making moves to be the new puppet.

Why? What evidence is there that rolo's judgement is affected by results? The more I read about his other Network clubs the more the opposite seems the case, and we saw it here with Riga sacked after keeping us up in style with 5 or 6 Academy graduates in the team. I expect us to start next season with Luzon at the helm, whatever division, unless he can't take any more abuse from the crowd and asks his master for a move to Alcorcoran or somewhere. rolo's contempt for the fans is clear, he gives them a wide berth, leaving it to his mouthpiece to take the flak.

I live in hope that a ST renewal boycott & all round buying CAFC products boycott will bite. That, protests at matches & dwindly attendances will force RD to either write off his £20m investment, or see sense.

Luzon got dog's abuse on Tuesday night at half time - see how long the Stooge can take it.

Is Guy Luzon morphing into alan pardew? His latest statement is all about the fans, and how we all need to pull together, the players need the backing of the fans, blah blah blah............................Sounds like he's getting his excuses ready in advance. Anyway, Guy, you like the pressure, remember? And how about saying the head coach needs the backing of the players? It feels like it's rolo and Guy against everyone else.

This Season is bearing an uncanny resemblance to the Pardew, Parkinson debacle when we were relegated to Div1.

Have to give Luzon credit where it's due. He
-put out a balanced team yesterday, something Bob was not able to do, with Cousins back in his rightful position, ahead of LePoint and Buyens as well.
-Got a performance out of Bulot which I did not ever see coming.
    - Got the most convincing performance yet out of Fox.
    - Made good use of the only substitution he was able to make, using a player who had been frozen out by Bob.
So after the PR shambles of Bob's sacking and Luzon's appointment, it might be that we have a better head coach now, although one swallow does not make a summer. Luzon even managed to go most of the game standing upright!

No, not even two swallows. Still, while it's not rocket science putting the players in their best positions, it defeated all of our recent managers. Plus I understood bits of his most recent press conference. The world waits with baited breath for the next match!

I'm starting to warm to Luzon, thought he had a good game yesterday. Picking Gomez ahead of Bikey for a start, and hauling off Gudmundsson for Wilson are two decisions which impressed me. And look at Cousins now, the way he's become a vital part of the team now he's back in his rightful position after being played as a winger by the last 3 managers. My POTY at the moment.

Think my POTY is currently going to either JBG or Hendo.

Never bought in to the "1 good game in 5" comment about JBG. Thought he has always been our most consistent, some people just expect him to be a match winner every week.

Hendo - think our upturn in fortunes have a lot to do with him. His communication with the defense shows how the other 2 were out of their depth, and can be relied upon to pull a rabbit out of the hat - like the point blank save yesterday.

i also think we are underestimaing the contrubution that Johnson has made. He has played on with cracked ribs and been a solid performer in the centre of the defence. i cerainly heard more of his communicationyesterday than i did Henderson. yes it is sprinkled liberally with expletives that may not have attracted visiting mums to bring little jonny to the next game but it did attract the attention of the rest of the team.

Didn't think it was johnsons best game yesterday, few lapses in concentration I though. But other than that he has definitely helped settle the defense after a long winless run.
