Got a nasty case, woke up this morning with one attrocious temperature, roastin so I was. I've had about 10 hours sleep today and I feel a lot better, so should I work tomorrow or have the day off seeing how its Friday anyway?

 

I had mon-wed off sick and i charge by the day so you know I was feeling bad.

Dev, if you get sick pay, phone in sick, **** 'em. You'll get no thanks for hauling your semi-well honky ass in to work.

 

Finish at 1.30 on a Friday so even if I misplaced my torso I'd never phone in sick and lose a full day sick!

Funnily enough I did get the Flu jab, my work was dishing it out for free but unfortunately it does not protect you from a Cold.

Latest update I went to work, I'm there now

 

I get offered it on account of my diabetes but I only took the offer up the first year and haven't bothered since. Apparently this year's batch is only successful in 3 per cent of cases anyway.

 

My nose is red raw and my shoulder feels as if I've been Hod carrying up the Empire State Building.
