Be thankful Jack, be thankful of the warning. It will be a sight to see. I assure you that those two against your defence, and it's not that I'm being disrespectful and suggesting that your defence is particularly bad, will be footballing entertainment of the highest level. Yes I'm basing it on the only full game that they've played together but, if last nights performance is anything to go by, these two will tear many a better defence than Leicester's a new arse.
That was simply our charitable act of the season to a side that we knew would be desperately in need of the points once their bubble burst, let's see what happens at the KP
Judging by your performance, I think there may be some truth in that! Please try harder at our place though, because that match wasn't very easy on the eye.
... I'd check if I was you ... think you may have unitentionally set it up as a regular direct debit instead ...
On that basis, Kramaric scored last night against Arsenal, who have a much better defence than yourselves... So, you should be worried that he is going to tear you a new one... No?
To be fair, two of our worst away performances resulted in wins. Doesn't say a lot for the opposition though does it?
Aye, I heard you looked decent yesterday and I've watched you a couple of times this season in games where your overall performance deserved something and you got nothing. Still doesn't make up for beating us when you played crap though.
Football's a cruel game, I would say sorry, but we sure as hell needed those points! It was bound to happen to someone at some point, it just happened to be Hull. I wish we could do this a little more, as I would gladly sacrifice our performances for points.
Don't talk like a twat Jack, it's most unlike you. Much better? We have conceded a mere six more goals than Arse over the last 25 games, and for most of those games we didn't have a single forward on the pitch to relieve the pressure on the defence. In the last two games, since we've had a chance of having forwards on the pitch we've conceded one goal, and as you know that was a worldy free kick from James Milner that no defence would have kept out. So, in summary, we've conceded 0.25 more goals per game more than the defence that you're putting on a pedestal, I don't think we need to be too concerned.
Well since the gap between the best and worse defence is 26, I'd say six is quite a difference. It's potentially 12 points (assuming you win games you would otherwise have drawn). We've only conceded six more than you and scored about the same, yet we're propping up the table and you're not even in the bottom three.
Do keep yer knickers on Okay, I admit defeat... Your defence is just as good as Arsenals (I'm sure you would have conceded less than them had you had a striker to relieve all that pressure), and N'Doye, after scoring at home to Aston Villa, can, and more importantly will, score against everyone else in the league as you win each remaining game... Even Chelsea are quaking in their boots!
