17 shots but only 4 on target. Need a bit more quality in front of goal. We only need 1 decent effort.
Bitterly disappointed not to win that. West ham defended very well by why or why can't we just shoot. At least that donkey carroll is injured again !
Too little too late. We weren't at our best, however we could have won, we just need some confidence to take shots as it often get over complicated and moves break down in the opposition box. Could really have done with a loan striker. Nevermind, at least we are still in the mix but I think we have to be realistic.
Happens. They had everyone incredibly deep behind the ball and that's hard to get through. Some earlier shots might have helped, as might a couple of lay offs that were easy to see from the safety of behind a computer screen. That was real park the bus stuff though. A shame, yes, points dropped, yes, frustrating, absolutely. I don't think you could say we played badly though.
Very disappointed. A draw against WHU is not a bad result in itself. But really, I though our attempts to break down this 10 (even 9, when Carroll got injured) WHU men were tragic.
That is the crux of it and we don't have anyone making runs from midfield who you are confident is going to take on the shot.
