Personally I wouldn't have a penny on us staying up. Quite how you expect to make this transaction should you find someone to take your bet I'm not sure.
Easy. You nominate a bookie of your choice and we both deposit our £100. After the result the bookie deducts his fee and pays out to the winner. Otherwise we open an escrow account and the winner takes the account. I've done it loads of times and it's quite straightforward.
