Just watching the extended highlights in SKY. Sacked in the morning being sung but the commentator says no wonder after his performance that the name of N'Doye is ringing around the ground.
Villa: we want Lambert out, say we want Lambert out... City: we want Lambert in, say we want Lambert in...
Much simpler than that .......... I hit the 4 key instead of the 3. Another wrong prediction from me and another 3 points for City.
Great performance. Nice to pass the ball with a bit of purpose. Both strikers linked up well. N'Doye looks like he has everything. Pace, energy, strength and vision. I can't see Villa getting out of the relegation zone. They look terrible, no energy or spirit.
I listenwd to the game on BBC West Midlands, apparently we were lucky, are a dirty team, ref was on our side and Jelly should have been booked! Not biased at all then!
Yeah but he's 30 this month, he'll then turn to **** and you'll be sorry that you blew his big fat trumpet
So about that Phelan effect... Norwich's fortunes dramatically changed and we've become a better side now too!
Observations tonight. Shagger was quiet for the most oart, but his double save was fantastic. Benteke's eyes must've lit up when the ball came to him right infront of goal. Back 3 were solid- Daws had a decent game. Won a lot of headers and kept their strikers quiet. Took an important booking for the team when Villa looked like breaking away. Bruce ditto. He made a stunning block on Chissoko (sp) when he lost Elmo. N'Doye looks the business. Very impressed with him. Good finish for his goal. Villa had all the possession but did nothing with it. You can't really quote stats when all you're doing is going side to side. It's what some were slagging our midfield off for against Newcastle. Benteke is the most expensive ball boy in the Premier League.
