In this evening's game we saw our physical-technical level drop as Wenger said, as well as getting injuries, a lot of this is down to the game being a mid-week game after a tough game on Saturday....We play Boro next in the cup and then we have a weeks rest, but after that it's going to be some serious tough times as we play 5 games in the space of 2 weeks, C. Palace, Monaco, Everton, QPR, and if we progress further in the cup then a quarter finals clash.

By the end of that period things may not be looking pretty, god help us with the injury situation.

Tonights game was very winnable and we barely scrapped it, we were lucky to get all 3 points tonight, and as others have said, you're not always going to get this lucky.

But the Q is can we do this when the games are coming much quicker and more intense, we shall have to wait and see. C. Palace away, Monaco home, Everton home are no easy cookies, and even QPR away who are battling for survival, all tough games.

I think we need to try and build a head of steam again. The Spuds result was a blip and it was kind of inevitable that confidence would be rocked by that. But we got the job done tonight and if we can beat borough and get a decent result against Monaco then I think we'll be okay.

We certainly need to rotate a little over the next few games.

It's a good thing Walcott and Wellbeck are both fit. Hopefully Alexis will be back in time for the Monaco game.
