Everyone agrees that it's possible that the power is beginning to shift, although no one can quite tell for certain if the power has finally shifted.

Thing is this, though, Ozzie. Arsenal have been content in always coming a mere 4th and getting booted out of the CL (usually in embarrassing circumstances) by the quarter finals. At Spurs, we're never satisfied with that. We want, and will always want, more. If the power-shift has occurred (and I'm not saying, for certain, that it has, yet) you not see this Spurs side squander chance after chance, as the Gunners have done.
