They all are mate, especially for a bottom half team like us.

They're a weird mix of good players, who try, and shyte players who look like they've given up, little true team spirit.

Barton worries me but at least Cattermole won't be sent off <ok>

Why have Sunderland fans suddenly turned into a bunch of w*nkers? I used to think they were alright.

Can a win against Burnley and a draw with Swansea really do that to a fan base?

An entire fan base, twice that of QPR <doh>

The thread & posts were after midnight, post match, when drink had been taken ...... we tend to laugh about it the day after, not analyse it.

If you ignore that, and choose to believe that 40,000 regular supporters are represented by half a dozen drunken knobsacks then I pity you <ok>

This is a forum often populated at night by drunks, students, night shift workers, insomniacs, the confined, office dwellers, war game contestants, care home workers, temps, the self employed, the unemployed, the sectioned, the un-parole-able etc etc ......... it definitely doesn't represent a fan base.

Now that's just one extreme to the other, you have the logic of a 6 year old. Don't think anyone was comparing us to Chelsea, we were comparing ourselves to you <doh>

Yes you've already mentioned our goal scoring record this season, care to bring something new to the table instead of just repeat yourself <doh>

Hows your little Sunderland getting cocky thread? Like we're not entitled to feel conident after putting some form together and to play a team who's win **** all away from home all season <doh>

I personally am taking nothing for granted. I must admit it does grate on me when I visit an upcoming opponents board and because they won their last match or so everyone's saying beating us will be no problem.

We're having a nice little spell and I'm enjoying it but I'm not getting carried away. Big plus for us that Austin won't be playing though.

Who is fella? This a thread of confidence, a thread of rallying the troupes, nothing more, doesn't mean we'll win. Don't make one wum implying our sentiment make you feel you have to explain yourself in this way. It's not what the thread was intended for, just one wum trying to twist it to imply were saying we're going to walk it.

I'm confident, I've not predicted a result, even if I did I'd be entitled to do so no matter what that soft pathetic touchy little southerner say. I'm surprised he doesn't go round attacking the site's prediction games the soft little cockney bitch puff.

Nor me, or most of the Sunderland board from what I've seen...... I've already said that a fair few times.

However you can't say you're less confident than if it was Chelsea tbh.

If we can't have a little confidence about beating a team with such a rotten away record then it's a poor job imo.

I remember when QPR were confident of beating us at Loftus Road and we weren't throwing a tantrum.

Why is it one rule for them etc .........

Not so sure mate. According to the QPR fans he's not been playing well lately since his head has obviously been turned in January.

It's bullshit & bravado mate ......... he's a massive loss and they know it.

He's their top scorer by a mile.

    AUSTIN 13
    FER 3
    KRANJCAR 2
    CAULKER 1
    VARGAS 1
    AMORA 1

I don't care what they think, facts are fact & goals are goals.

Aye I wasn't meaning that anyone in particular on here is getting cocky, just that I'm not at the confident stage myself yet.

If we do beat QPR, which current form suggests we may well do, I'll be more convinced.

It's a f*****g nightmare typing on this forum on an iPhone, jumps randomly about the page, the banner from the top comes down to say hello and block what I'm writing...FFS

I suspect that misspelling someone's name is the absolute limit of your wit <laugh>

Are you claiming the supporters, supporting their team & player, are to blame.

    FFS, what an idiot <doh>

True, but, the past is also the past, All I'm saying is if it's not just bravado from the QPR fans and Austin has completely lost his head and form, then another forward coming in might be good for the QPR team, at the moment.
