It does if that is what is stated clearly in the rules!

I should make clear that I do not want to return to the FA cup, we will probably just lose again with a whimper or even if we win we will be seen by some as fraudulent for even being there, no thanks We don't need it.

but to me West Ham are being disingenuous at best here, all Prem clubs are doing their level best to avoid send their players to the ACON,
couldn't fly? load of bollocks, he could be made just as comfortable on a flight as in a limo? and why did West ham fly here?? and bizarrely still brought the team coach? (I saw it!)

One rule for the chosen and if that had been us we would have been kicked out. Not sour grapes because I think we have more important fish to fry but nonetheless it stinks of favouritism.

Big deal. For knowingly breaking the rules they might have made it a bit more of an interesting sum. Say £100m.....

They get £90k for beating us, so they're £19k up on the deal.
    The big club wins again.

yes very very lucky to win,the chances they cleared of the lines.Should be thrown out,we really dont need the extra game as present league 1 title and a wembley final is what we were after.

But they should not go through if found guilty.

For those complaining about the severity of the fine, if you read up on the FIFA rules, the rules for this state that the offending club will be fined 100k swiss francs, which is £71k. The FA might not be consistent with their punishments, but you can't say that FIFA aren't.

what, the one where Sheffield united stole £18m? Go look up the rule of third party ownership and see when it was enacted, then look at the dates of the Tevez affair and ask yourself how come there's a years difference with the rule being the later. The previous highest fine for the contravention of third party influence, the fore runner rule which West Ham were actually charged with, was £20,000, no points deductions or other punishments at all. That rule has been changed because nearly every loan between EPL clubs also contravened the rule, Man Utd not letting Tim Howard play against the whilst he was at Everton was third parrty influence.
As to the elligibility, unlucky, there is nothing that makes him ineligible, Senegal were told he would be out for UPTO 6 weeks, and decided not to take him, he came back just after 4.
You can try and squeeze us liek Sheffield United did, but because our chairmen had to pay the out of court settlement to Sheffield United the previous idiots promised to pay for a case they would have won means they will fight you all the and when we win, which we would as you don't have a case, make you pay the costs.
You can of course believe the lawyer who is hoping to take the case, after all it's of no benefit to him if you launch a frivilous and expensive law suit, is there?

I don't even think the club are considering taking it any further, just press talk. So get down of your high horse.

Thinking about it, ride away quickly the Gasheads have a habit of taken their frustrations out on horses

Does Daley Blind require a bell inside the ball?

To clarify for those who do not understand.
In my very young days our school team played a football match versus the Bristol Blind School which was situated just near the junction of Wellington Hill and Henleaze Road. They had a small bell inside the ball to hear where it was. Older than us, bigger and stronger, we won but it was no pushover.

Because Senegal started crying about it to deflect from their hapless performance. They knew he was injured which is why they didn't include him in their squad, they knew the extent of his injury because it happened while he was with them a few weeks previously and is the reason they sent him back to recover and took someone else instead.
now, go climb on your sister bumpkin.
