If we'd won, definitely on first, but I think the London derby, Spurs & Arsenal will edge us into second.
I think even if we'd won we'd have been second at best. Arsenal leading, Tottenham winning, and the early kick off meaning they could leave in our commentary any references (eg Man City's points gaps to Arsenal/Tottenham) to it without giving away the score.
Wait until you see what follows. Have they just gone back to the Football League Show style of doing the feature or early kickoff and then just working their way down the table?
Having just seen it again it was definitely a ridiculous silly pull by Huddlestone. Absolutely no doubt he cost us two points there. Wade might be a **** but he was bang on about that.
No doubt that was a penalty, we got lucky with that decision. Silva made the most of it but had that been a City player going down against a Man City defender, we'd have been incensed.
That was interesting; Charlie Austin left DQPR game on crutches I said we were right not to sign him after that failed Med Exam!
I know, the docs were right, it was only a matter of time before he suffered an injury like this. Lucky escape we had there.
It's 7th vs 12th, no title, Champions League, or relegation going to be influenced, maybe Liverpool getting in the Europa could be affected. Alright it's a derby, but it's not really that big a game in the grand scheme of things, and it's not like the crowd there make it particularly hostile like in other derbies.
