It’s the game of the double lottery winners against the street buskers, as the U’s having enjoyed their 15 minutes of fame get back to the mundane reality of league football, after their visit to Old Trafford they now face 3rd placed Chairboys who will be hoping to regain top spot with a win at the Abbey Stadium. With no new faces arriving at Adams Park on deadline day and thank god no more departures Gaz has the same squad to choose from as last week, with captain Paul Hayes still out with a calf problem, I on the other hand have recovered from my torn calf inside 3 weeks. So it’s a choice between free scoring U’s nursing their hangover after all that champagne and caviar and the steady Chairboys with their mean defence who having visited the food bank in midweek for their weekly rations will be hungry to keep their 11 game unbeaten going and keep yet another clean sheet and return from the flat lands with at least a point<ok>

Felt sorry for Cambridge in that replay as they almost went a goal up early on, goalie completely beaten and it hit the post. 3-1 would have been a much happier result for them and the fans.

Will they be knackered? I hope so because we can't score at present and it took Man U 115 minutes to score against them. Also they don't give up, coming back from 3-0 down at half time against Luton to finish up 3-2.

With our inability to put the ball in the net I think 9/5 for a home win is good value. If you fancy Wycombe to not come away with 3 points then a tenner on the home would return £28 and a tenner on the draw at 5/2 would return £35 . (ie a profit of £8 or £15 if Wycombe don't win)

Yet another bloody 0-0. I'm fed up hearing about our unbeaten run how about winning a few games ffs! We need a striker on loan next week more than anything but we need someone with experience of League 2 or above as Hayes is out for another 4 weeks or so.

My predictions of high scoring games have failed to materialise so I'm plumping for a 0-0 and what will be a good point. I agree that an experienced strikers would be great.

Im hoping we can nick it here - the big game hangover hopefully will still be effecting Cambridge and its about time we found a goal from somewhere! I havnt heard much good about them last time out, but I still think we need to persist with McClure and/or Ephraim, because those 2 are goalscorers but they need games

big decision to drop murphy, wonder if its based on injury or purely form (which tbh hasn't been great recently!)

YESSS! Pleased for Ephraim to score at last. <applause> We needed that as Burton are winning 3-0 at Cheltenham but Shrewbury and Luton both drawing.

excellent to be back to winning ways, and with shrewbury dropping points going back up to second!
Also, was anyone there and can shine any light on the red card?

BBC site reported "for fighting". Can't have been fighting or someone else would have got a red. Maybe violent conduct. Our lads must be well disciplined to not get involved. Except I recall one incident where they all reacted to a very dangerous tackle and if everyone had been booked for fighting the game would have had to be abandoned
