Me and Stan have both noticed this in recent weeks. His body language hasn't been great, especially when he knows he hasn't got BZ up there to help him. Don't get me wrong, his goals have kept us in touch, but he does seem to have gone off the boil. Time for Vargas!!?

Disappointing but don't think will make a huge difference as Charlie like the rest of the team seems to have gone off the boil, maybe HR's attitude/demeanor rubbed off on the rest of the team.
