So thats 4 of us on here out of the 18000 who thought Dyer had a tidy game (second half). So maybe you should change your seat.
I thought you were Ok with different opinions Trunds? Keep going as you've only got 17,996 to go . Bit of a schoolyard argument that. 'I've got more mates than you who agree with me so I must be right' OK, can you point to one occasion when Dyer beat a man and crossed a ball in? I can think of one cross second half (another poor one) and he didn't beat his man to do it but whipped it around him. It was grass height. If you can point out instances where he gave their LB a 'hard time' I'm happy to listen but I doubt you will be able to change my mind than Nathan was poor again today - all game, with a slight improvement second half. I can remember numerous times he just stood there then gave the ball away. But like you say, opinions differ. I'm happy to say he's the only one I'd criticise today as I thought we played well overall. I'm happy with my seat thanks. I doubt there's a better one in the ground. Perfect height on the halfway line Oh apart from on the other side.
Yeah but your opinion included myself and it's not the same as yours or probably even half the figure you quoted , just a thought maybe a few more players should have tried the grass high approach rather than lump it high into the arms of one of leagues biggest keepers .
So you have changed the goal posts you never mentioned the crossing earlier and now you have. All I can say is that Dyer was vastly improved today and went by his full back on numerous occassions in the second half as other feel as well. I actually said the 4 in jest so maybe it us use who needs to move away from the school yard. I 100% agree it is about opinions it is just unfortunate yours is wrong. last I will say on it as i dont want to get involved in something I know is right.
Wow you take things literally don't you? I agree with you on the crossing - far too many high balls for me. I didn't mention that Nathan's one and only cross also went to a Sunderland player. Still waiting on those memories of Nathan giving their LB a hard time guys...come on.
Dyer has never been a player who beats his man he's always passed and moved into space as he did when Rangel came on.
Dyer has never beaten a player? OK so how did his pass and move give their LB a 'hard time'? This needs explaining because I missed it. Must have been sleeping. I agree that Dyer did more of that second half but the end result was the same wasn't it?
Neat and tidy, stupid yellow card for kicking the ball away and was a bit lucky not to get a second in my opinion for a foul on I cant remeber who, but Dowd played an advantage. Will take a while to get up to speed with us , but looks a good signing.
