Breach of the peace is "Scots law" and Stewards cannot arrest people for anything let alone Breach.

Stewards at football matches or anywhere else for that matter cannot "arrest" people, nor can they "Charge" people.
If the people in the photos you have provided were "arrested" or "Charged" then it was not by the "Stewards" who have a grip of them. That's simple enough to understand I would have thought, even for you and Nev. The Celtic "fans" are being escorted from the pitch and were probably the people who were reportedly ejected from the ground?
Where are the photos of the Police restraining/arresting Celtic fans?
