If you need a reason why Sire De Grugy is such a terrible bet today at 10/11, look no further than Vibrato Valtat and Glens Melody. Both were available at odds against today at some points and had absolutely no doubts about them at all. SDG has never been as big as those two but has at least 2 big question marks against him irrespective of whether he wins on the snaff or not.
Handicappers seem to win the CGC these days.... Tarquin Du Seuil is a 2 time grade 1 winner also. Must have a massive shout in the RSA, has the right profile for me.
Blood Cotil is a big price at 3/1 in the 3.40 at Naas. Having taken him on LTO I was delighted he was ridden so poorly but looking at it without rose tinted glasses, he should have won that race. If he'd have done what he should, he would be half todays price. I'm not sure if he's going to be able to brush the fav aside as that one looks very capable but i'd be keen to back horses at double their true price every day of the week.
A shame he unseated but that horse is done for this season and the yard shouldn't even consider running him at Cheltenham.
The worlds gone mad when Moley is now being considered as a QM contender! Wooahhhh AP retiring #bigshock!
Absolutely horrendous from Jamie Moore. Amatuer losers like him should not be allowed on good horses.
I don't get why you're so against Mr Mole Beefy. That was a world class performance. It's not a good year.
Shame SDG unseated but he looked ok travelling around to me and should he come out of the race ok I'd imagine he will be ok for Cheltenham. Wouldn't back him to win though.

In that 3.40 Tavern Times makes his reappearance after 1223 day's out of action. He had some useful form over the smaller sticks and surely they think something of him to bother bringing him back here after the best part of 4 years off. It's a very small and risky each way punt at 18/1 for me.
