Saintly behaviour? It's called having a opinion. Yours is let it be it is in the past, others isn't. Slagging off people that didn't really do themselves any favours with the way they acted isn't a bad thing. Why would it be wrong to have a go at some one just because they can't defend themself? 99% of topics on this forum is descussing a player or team, can we not talk or slag them off as well? It would make a pretty crap forum.
I thank the guy for helping us. We needed a dick head at the time that took no ****. I am glad he is gone tho, his ego would have ****ed the club up big time.
Saints fans are on Soccer AM. They did the road to the Champions league (the kick the ball through the circles thing). They did it with ease and then sang we are staying up.
I was grateful that he brought Markus in to save us followed by the return to the PL, but, although we all laughed at the antics of the Don, he was also an embarrassment. We all knew in our hearts that the people bad mouthing him couldn't all be making it up. I'm much happier with the 'nicer' Saints.
I have no problem with what goes on in this Forum, the real problem seems to lay elsewhere in sites that have no moderation and some really nasty characters on board. At least, 99% of posts on here do it the right way. Saintly behaviour to me is being fair and giving the benefit of the doubt, not emotional reaction using insults, particularly when the true facts are not known.
Clint Hill should not be playing LB for any PL team. I know that they have Traore in front of him (not that he's the best LB either), but we should absolutely be trying to exposure that area of QPR.
Interesting team. Looks like 4-3-3. Quite exciting but if not working don't be afraid to change. Might have been tempted to stick with Tadic and keep one of the pacey threats on the bench for impact. COYR
Where did Flannigan suddenly come from?! Much stronger bench than against Swansea which gives us options to change things if it is not going to plan.
Just had the rave in about Redknapp on Sky...as Stelling said, Saints fans will be turning off in their droves. I think he is well liked in football, so he is seen with Rosie-tinted glasses, whereas we admittedly see him differently based on our experience. I can accept he has probably done lots of good things in his 100 years in football, but surely he has reached the end of the road now. Merson says any PL team would have him first on the list as a manager...no, Merse, they wouldn't. Only a struggling side would take him....fewer than half the clubs would touch him and, as he won't leave the South, the number is reduced even further. Thommo says he can't see anything wrong with Saints...said Swansea didn't deserve to win on Sunday, they got away with it. Saw nothing wrong with the sub of Reed...RK was right to go for a win as Swansea were there for the taking. Merson wanted to change his prediction from a Saints win to a draw, but he couldn't.
Merson is often positive about us (as even he can't ignore what is in front of him), but then can't stop himself and returns to type..
Elia - Pelle - Mane I like that a lot. Though i'm hoping Mane is playing behing Pelle with JWP out wide
This is what I hoped to see...let's hope it comes off. Early goal, please....don't know why I bother, the team never listen.
