The competition with the really short name, has just had it's sponsorship extended at the KC... please log in to view this image
I was there for the launch, they're working closely with the City of Culture team this time around, they've learnt from previous years and with some other new sponsors on board it will surely be good for the City.
For the attention of those people, who only come on here to take the piss out of our chairman. Stop right now, cos he dose have another shirt!
It did me too initially, then I realised it should be 'he does have another shirt', a little jibe at the accusation that our chairman only has the one shirt.
Apparently their going to stage some more games in Hull but it will be at the Bonus Arena (or whatever its now called) and not the KC.
Good, it killed all the grass in front of the South Stand last time. I believe it's now just called The Sports Arena, as it doesn't currently have a sponsor.
If only he was as benevolent and successful as you. Imagine if he'd done as much for the city and for the club as you have. If only eh?
I've spent thousands on Hull City and don't want a penny of it back - all he's done is spent the princely sum of $1 - all the rest is a loan and he wants it back, although if he man's up and converts some of it into equity then he can rightly claim he's put more money in than I have
That's not true. You want to run the club without any of the risk. You want the power without the responsibility.
He is also taking a directors salary ( won't be small ) a company car ? and putting a lot of sundry items on the companys account.
I want to know who pays for Ehabs Aventador he never had it before the Allam bought City, just looked £6k a month plus vat on lease hire
Is this the same World Championship Squash Tournament held in Hull which Hull City Council portfolio holder for Leisure and Tourism, Terry Geraghty, didn't utter a word about and last year completely left it out of the councils literature on forthcoming events to be held in the city? But couldn't speak enough about how cultural darts and rugby league are?
Ehab can afford any car he fancies, I don't think the Allam's involvement at City has any bearing on what he drives.
Geraghty's a prick, but he did build a temporary squash court in an empty shop unit on Whitefriargate, the week before the Open, so people could wander in and try it for themselves.
