No. Haven't seen any announcements of when it will.might have to use my VPN to access some American sites.
It seemed very derivative Parks and Rec and also maybe more a ladies show with lots of annoying romance sub plots. As for Breaking Bad (PLT) believe the hype its a show that builds and builds and is epic in every sense
If you like those other shows I think you will like it. It has some of the best set design you will see on TV. It starts a little slow as a "killer of the week show" but it gets better as time goes on as it becomes more about the Hannibal Graham relationship. It is set as a prequel to the original film Manhunter (Silence of the Lambs actually was a sequel) they latter remade Manhunter and called it by the name Red Dragon which was what the original book was called. You will find that the show gets better each episode so that Season 2 is better than Season 1 and Season 3 starts in a month or so. It stars Mads Mikkelsen, Laurence Fishburne and Hugh Dancy so the acting is pretty good. Uh and Mikkelsen does the Hannibal character far far better than Anthony Hopkins did in silence of the lambs. Edit: the first trailer wouldnt play on this site, this trailer gives a better view of the show anyway
I did see that when scrolling actually. I thought it might be good but the girlfriend didn't fancy it. Dunno why. I guess I'll give Breaking Bad a go, but based on the premise of a dying bloke making meth, I just don't get how it can be exciting to watch. I'm kind of obsessed with Lost and compare everything to that lofty benchmark.
Did you see True Detective when it was on? Now that was a series and a half, best thing I've seen in years, maybe ever. Mathew McConaughey, who prior to watching TD I thought was ****e, puts in one of the best acting performances you will ever see. Not IMO. FACT.
I've got on sky plus but not watched it yet. My mate said it was slow as **** and not worth it? Is it?
I'm not really sure yet, the first episode was okay, not a lot happened in the second, I'm assuming there's a load of twists to come and it's a slow burner.
The final episode of Season 2 is one of my favorite episodes of any show. Hopefully you can get to that point.
The Danish guy is a great actor so I would watch it just for him, also Gillian Anderson I think is in it. Will remember what you said, cheers.
I tried to watch Lost recently and gave up after one episode, think a lot of people do the same with Breaking Bad but its worth sticking with because of all the great moments in it as it goes
Think I remember Lost starting about 20 years ago. Seemed like that. My girlfriend at the time loved it. About a year after it started, we split up and I achieved so much in my life. Years passed. It was still on, no ending in sight. Has it finished now? I seem to remember it did, very unsatisfactorily for a lot of people. Am I right? Just in case anyone wonders, I thought it was boring.
