recently been getting a veggie + mushroom madras, Daniel

 

I like a madras, Shaun. Just the right heat.

I like a bhuna too, much milder but great taste.

Never go veggie. Always lmb or chicken for this former bar mitzvah organiser

 

I think I'll get a Bhuna next time.

The mrs is making a balti tonight.

 

I tend to go for a lamb bhuna and a plain "vegetable curry", bit of both then the next day I mix what's left and reheat in a saucepan for lunch.

 

I've never been married but my current girlfriend does a mean Lamb Jaipuri.

 

Strange how Indian takeaways are too much for one sitting but if you have a Chinese give it an hour and you're hungry again.

 

I've kind of gone off chinky food, the only things I really like are spare ribs and crispy duck.
