That pesky bbc sport. Hiring excessive numbers of former Liverpool player only to show incredible bias to United by once showing a top 7.

    What an absolute disgrace <ok>

Fergie is really an evil shape-shifting lizard illuminati creature from the Pleiades disguised roughly like a human being in order to upset the natural balance on Earth and turn us all into mindless automata.
He's only managed to get to Utd supporters so far......

If you ask Sisu nicely, he might be persuaded to tell you all about it. <ok>

The bbc salford football department never said anything bad about the scots feller, BBC current affairs department based in London found his son was up to dodgy dealings in their investigative programme into corruption within football.

Why did the scots feller take it out on the whole of the bbc?

I have to say that the BBC #Salford stuff is paranoid nonsense.

Apart from McNulty - who's a Blue. The Beeb fawn over you lot as much as the rest of the media. Their pundits have been primarily kopites for years, their radio commentator is an avid kopite and their representation of your club is generally flattering.

The reason you lot have a beef with them is simply because they do the same for United.

It's called playing to your audience

  11. I think anyone believing just about any media outlet is stupid. Most media outlets are unprofessional lying ****-stirrers with some showing clear bias towards certain clubs, ourselves included. That's not in any way shape or form me thinking posters suggesting there is a BBC bias in existence as "morons" (I word I wouldn't use btw) either.

This depends on one's point of view though, Tobes. It really doesn't seem that way from this side a lot of the time, though I'm pretty sure supporters of other clubs feel similarly put out as well.
I'm not seriously into conspiracy theories as you've probably noticed, but some of their reporting does beg an explanation.
The Sturridge return for instance. The lad says he is "champing at the bit and anxious to return"- the Beeb headline says " Sturridge anxious about return". That simple, one word change puts an entirely negative spin on what is a very positive statement from him. What possible reason can their sub-editor have for twisting it like that? Is it mischief or just plain stupidity?
Whatever the reason, it's piss-poor journalism.

Merseyside Police causing more problems than solving them.

Merseyside Police is offering advice to fans planning on attending the Derby Match at Goodison Park on Saturday, 7 February.

Superintendent Chris Markey, said: "We are looking forward to Saturday's match, it is usually a very lively and memorable occasion which attracts a worldwide T.V. audience.

Whilst we have made our position quite clear with regards to the kick off time, there will be no change to our policing style which will be firm, fair and friendly as it always is at football matches on Merseyside. As such officers will be doing all they can to ensure supporters are safe and can enjoy the occasion both at the stadium and elsewhere.

"At the last derby in September there were no major issues and I am sure supporters of both clubs would want to further enhance the reputation of football on Merseyside as ambassadors for their clubs and the city whilst contributing to the atmosphere inside the ground.

“Fans have been afforded more time before the game to socialise and have a drink. This is all part of the match day experience however I am urging supporters not to drink to excess, which can result in anti - social or even criminal behaviour. We have worked closely with the club, supporters groups, the city council and local bars and pubs leading up to the game to minimise any problems and to promote a sensible approach to alcohol intake.

“At the stadium Everton Football Club has plans in place, supported by ourselves, to ensure the safety of supporters and to enhance the match day experience.

This includes a ‘selective’ search operation and as such supporters are being advised to attend well in advance of kick off time to facilitate a timely entry into the stadium. I would also remind all fans that anyone who is deemed to be drunk will not be permitted to enter the stadium.

"This fixture has a long history and unlike other city- based derby games it is likely that small numbers of Liverpool supporters may have obtained tickets for the home areas.

Everton have undertaken to fully enforce the ground regulations for this fixture in respect of segregation. Any away supporter seeking entry to home areas of the stadium will not be permitted entry irrespective of whether they have a ticket for that area of the stadium. If any away supporter is identified in home areas they may be ejected.

These regulations are clearly printed on the match day ticket and I would urge any Liverpool supporter who is in possession of a ticket for the Home section not to attend the stadium on Saturday.

As always we will be working closely with club stewards and any poor behaviour will be dealt with as we don't want it to affect the enjoyment of other fans at the game, especially young supporters.

“Unfortunately we have seen the use of pyrotechnical devices at grounds around the country, whilst at Goodison Park itself there have been incidents of missile throwing and supporters entering the playing area on occasion.

Such behaviour, albeit committed by the very small minority, amount to criminal offences and put the safety of other supporters at risk. I would remind supporters that the CCTV system inside the stadium is excellent and allows both ourselves and the club to identify offenders at the earliest opportunity.

“I would like to remind anyone who does engage in disorder on Saturday that in December nine men were given custodial sentences and banned from attending football matches for six-years at Liverpool Crown Court.

This followed an investigation into an incident of disorder at a bar in Liverpool city centre following a Liverpool home game. Ask yourself the question” is this behaviour worth a criminal record, Football Banning Order and even the possibility of a jail term?

"We have a substantial policing operation in place for the game, which covers not only the stadium but also the City centre and other areas across the county.

The key aim for us will be to ensure those attending the game and those who are watching in pubs and bars have an enjoyable evening and are safe. As such any anti - social behaviour or more serious violence cannot be tolerated and those responsible can expect to be dealt with appropriately.”

So a blues fan with son who's a red or vice versa are not allowed to sit together, anyone that's had only a couple of pre-match pints and has the smell of them in his/her breath could be refused entry into the ground depending on which police officer they walk past at the turnstiles.

They got their arse kicked in court and look like they want to prove their way that their objection to kick off time was valid.

So they're going to carry out the same over zealous searching that caused the delays to Everton fans getting into Anfield last season and that they got criticised for after a review <doh>

...and after decades of mixed seating and little or no bother as a result of it, they're going to turf reds out <doh>

    Absolute bell ends

Besides, all of my conspiracies are just that, the theories are about who was actually involved in the conspiracies, the fact they were real was never up for question.
