I know of an old guy, bout 60yr old who dresses in full Newcastle kit, shorts & socks, the lot! He wanders round Washy Galleries doing his shopping with the wife. Mental!

I wonder if it's the same bloke that sat in front of me in Leazes Corner
each and every game full Newcastle kit no matter if it was sunny, pissing down or snow (Chelsea game) didn't bother him at all <laugh>

Tried the home shirt on the other week. I'm quite slim and 6'2" so I'll get away with a small, it's a decent top and nice fit. I don't think it's very flattering on a bigger frame though so if anyone has a bit of a beer gut then it'd probably be best to get a size larger than usual, the two narrow stripes and large black blocks at the sides seem to make the wearer wider than they are, a la Nolan (the fridge unit)!

Wont be able to ask him with everyone moving seats next year, he went to games with his ginger grandson who always wore one of them daft jester hats.

Depends how people like their shirts really, I'm about 6ft0.7 same as Shearer ;) and slim but got a Large so the sleave cover's my bicep and doesn't end up crawling up my belly and back after a few washes.

It had bells on aswell so when he's watching the game flow and moving his head to keep up with play they started ringing. Fair to say I wont miss him next season <laugh>
