Bet you Ramsey plays him on Saturday.
Ramsey needs to make Saturdays team his and not Arrys...not many ways to do it with the limited squad... but playing Adel off Austin would be

Quite funny that even Caulker doesn't include Swp as one of his 'brothers' lol!

I'd like to see more Adel threads and pictures please. Perhaps he could do some knitwear or swimwear photoshoots? I predict a 'Hello' glossy feature: Adel relaxes in the tub after his latest first-half substitution, or Adel dines at his favourite Frankie & Benny's. "Bus stops in the Fulham & Hammersmith district" must be only weeks away.

Wow!! That's an amazing diet that Taarabt must have been on, considering that he was SOOoooooooooooo overweight according to Redknapp!! <whistle>

I heard Adel's on Loose Women later this morning and apparently he's on Saturday Kitchen for the Heaven or Hell vote with professional Yorkshireman, James Martin. Looking forward to that.

Did Harry state, only just last week that he was unavailable again due to another bout of tonsillitis?
That is probably what shifted the 3 stone he had put on in the last month then
Wish I could catch a bout of that particular strain twice a year - especially as I need to shed a few pounds with the wedding of the century happening in the summer!!!

"Adel Taarabt looking slim and happy"

So is Shaun Phillips. Maybe we should've been playing him all season? I'd look happy too if a mug of a Club was paying me £60k a week for doing fook all.

Its about time Taarabt slimmed down because the shape he was in earlier in the season was disgraceful for a pro footballer. He's been in shape or at least getting there since just before Burnley away. Only about four months too late unfortunately.

Only if one believes everything Redknapp has said. I believe that Taarabt's situation has been grossly misrepresented by Redknapp. He was clearly never as overweight as Redknapp claimed.
I'm not saying that Taarabt hasn't been at fault, not at all, but I'm hoping to see a different player now that lying old dinosaur has left the building.

3 stone was just a figure of speech. You just had to believe your own eyes. He was definitely well out of shape just looking at the pictures at the time. There was a picture of him at Burton which showed him with a bigger Ned than I have. Disgraceful for a PL footballer.

Every week last year you fukked Kranjcar out of it for being fat (rightly so because he was) but you've been defending Tarabbt despite doing the same thing this year.

    Zero consistency COL

    Nope.
In every picture I've seen of Taarabt, or indeed when I've seen him in the flesh at a game, he has never looked as out of shape as his detractors try to make out IMO. He's always been on the stocky side and has also always suffered after ramadamadingdong to regain his fitness.

As for Kranjcar, he was a total embarrassment last season. I was quicker and fitter than him.

We're never going to agree on Taarabt and I have said many times that he is his own worst enemy.
