If Sir Les was indeed the prime mover in 'persuading' Redknapp to go he has done TF, and all of us, a favour imo. We were going down under Redknapp - we might just have a chance now.

Les is QPR, Redknapp is not. I know which side of the fence I stand on. QPR first and I know Les puts the club first.
I fear an R's legend might turn into an R's martyr. The way our fans are willing to turn on anyone in a heartbeat nowadays I think I'd rather we didn't have sir les involved. I'd rather keep the happy memory. Plus with the renewed highlighting of his involvement today, it signals there is only I e man we're looking at and that's Sherwood. He's the only manager that's going to come in with les holding that position. Some people used to get embarrassed by some of rednapp's ramblings, but even I felt embarrassed listening to sherwood last year at spuds. I hope it works out, but it all seems too arranged and gift wrapped for TF to gulp up. We always seem to handpick a manager without much thought or consideration for anyone else, it hasn't worked so far. I just hope les might bring in a few more ex players so at least we have more passion within the club.

I thought this was a Harry bashing thread? Just because he got off with being a massive lying crook in court doesn't mean he isn't a massive thieving bastard. There is also nothing stopping Hoddle returning as manager if they wanted him. I thought Fer may do well for you but he has proven himself to be a greedy lazy waste of money, thanks for taking him.
