Yeah but you need to put a bigger deposit than normal, if you tell them and a higher interest rate. Best to put a deposit down live in it for a few months then rent it out, you could still be moved to the higher rate but at least your deposit stays lower.
I thought the deposit was 10% of the value of the house? why is it more if you rent it? I was thinking about buying a house either in the city centre or in Ashton, hopefully 3 bedroom so I could come back from Cornwall when city are playing at home and have somewhere to sleep for the weekend instead of driving all those miles in one day.
