I'm not doubting Austin wanted to stay at the club. He said he wanted to stay and he turned up for training yesterday.

What I've been saying for the whole of this month is at the end of the day is there is no point being attached to the players that Colin and BM have brought in.

Celino has a ego the size of Russia. He doesn't not want these players in. Redders might because he has worked with them in the past as he's been the Caretaker and a 1st team coach. If Celino see money for a person he will sell that.I know the McCormack subject has been done to death but him and Smith are fine examples of this.

At the end of the day something happened on Sunday but I can assure you that Austin will not be a Leeds player by July 1st. When his contract expires he will be gone

You've lost me a bit, Wolfie. You're saying that Cellino doesn't want players signed in the NW & BM eras, and will sell them at the first sniff of money? Guess he forgot who signed Wootton, eh?

Oh, and something did happen at the end of the day on Sunday. I had a nice supper. Is that what you were referring to?

Yes Wootton was signed by BM but look at today's Breakfast thread. Wootton was kept to have cover. You can't have too full backs it's stupid

So Wootton was kept as RB cover, was he? So why keep a CB who can fill in as RB & is regarded by the club as rubbish, yet sell an excellent LB in Warnock?

If we'd have kept Warnock & sold Wootton, we'd now have 2 LBs & 2 LBs.

Having retained Wootton & sold Warnock, we now have 3 RBs & 1 LB.

Does this sound logical to you?

Celino wanted Warnock out in the summer, he told Warnock to find another club did you forget that? Hockaday fought for Warnock and he stayed. Hockaday is booted out the door and the next possible opportunity Warnock is sold to Derby. Funny that one ain't it.

Berardi can both play LB and RB maybe Berardi is being used as a left cover now? Don't forget he's a bit **** isn't he. As for Byram isn't he being used as a RM now which you've been praising for the last few weeks and as Celino went crazy and bought CM all summer we need him in RM. We've got no wingers. NONE!!!!!

So that leaves us with no RBs or a RB with no cover. Step forward Wootton.

Let's work this out then...

3 FB, one in playing in MF cos we have no wingers. Berardi who is **** and Taylor who a few say he's not actually ready to play a full season. I would have blocked the Wootton transfer

Ww proves you wrong and instead of backing out with good grace you pretend to be on the higher plain.

Perhaps you could explain to us all what exactly Wolfie has proved? Don't think he knows himself. As he said, "When I'm proven right remind me to say 'I told you so'".

When you're proven right? FFS have you read anything I've written? You've already been proved wrong! You said that all of NW & BM's players would be sold at the first whiff of an offer. Wootton wasn't. Proved wrong.

Wooton was off to rotherham and only didn't go because at the last minute we sold Pearce and Cellino Redfearn got a calculator and eventually realised 2+0=2 and even these two dickheads realised no cover was the act of madness... There was no planned organisation that went into to process, blind panic stopped the transfers of both Wooton and Rudy....
