After reading a 'warning' thread on our board earlier, that got shut pretty quickly, I wondered - can people write whatever garbage they like on the general chat thread? It's absolutely disgusting!
Pretty much just about anything. The supermods have no control on that section either, its down to Mick (site owner)
I've never looked on there and I won't be again, but it's shocking that it even exists. Under the Malicious Communications Act 1988, trolls can now be jailed and this forum could possibly be taken down. [not that I'm about to do anything but anybody viewing it could].
You are right and it makes a mockery of putting such effort into the site and then having something that completely can give bad press to the site just like that girls I'd like to thread If rival to this site wanted to im sure they could use it against not606 to get Google to delist But there you go it's not my site nor my section
How do you unwatch a thread? Not that ive selected to watch any but these emails I get when I log in is doing my nut in Just logging in now and Ive received 5 emails Ive deselected the option of the site emailing me
Click on the notification flag and select 'Show All' and then select 'Watched threads'... This will give you a list of all watched threads. You can then go into each and unwatch them here...
Nice one thanks , I shouldnt get loads of emails now I was doing each thread indivu=dually but if you scroll down then you can do them all in one go
I have the watch thread when making a comment option thingy unticked as well does that not do it? Add it to the list of things that need sorting with the new site
