With Ince going out would make sense to get somebody in on loan.

We have a loan spot free anyway. I can't understand why we'd loan Ince out without getting a replacement. Only a few weeks ago we were down to the bare bones of our squad.

Actually that is good news for us that Villa haven't managed to strengthen.
Not sure Fletcher to West Brom is a done deal either. If Big Sam has balked at £75K wage demands, I can't see West Brom owner spending silly money.
