We can't sign Reid on a pre-contract but I reckon there may well be a strong verbal agreement with the player where a contract has initially already been agreed, just nothing signed. Alli edging closer and closer, we'll announce him at 22:59 knowing Spurs. Sonupe has gone to St Mirren on loan, following on from Oduwa's loan to Luton. Both good moves for the players, first team football is ideal for them and for us to see how they cope with the demands, definitely going to keep an eye on Oduwa, think he alongside Onomah will have a very good future in the game. With Lennon being linked to Everton, anyone else think this will lead to us pursuing Mirallas? Possible exchange?
Funny how it took our social media elf the best part of a week to confirm McEvoy's loan, but today they're confirming deals with reflexes that would put Jet Li to shame...
Updated the front page for the new loans. Apparently Lennon is going to Everton on loan. I can only assume we've signed Dele Alli as a doctor - he's been in the medical for about 8 hours now so maybe he's learning.
We might be short at the back if we sell/loan Kaboul and we will be shorter than we already are up front if we sell/loan Adebayor. (I don't really want to keep Ade regardless but I acknowledge that he could at least fill in)
Jordan Archer to Millwall. He turned down a move to another Championship club in preference to playing for Ian Holloway. .
On his current form, it is dubious if he will be missed. When he is on the top of his form, he is a real asset.
Think that's a given anyway, Sky are just saying it to make themselves feel important. Mirallas can play up top too I think so it adds competition in various areas if the deal does go through, I'm a big fan of versatility so a thumbs up from me. Will be gutted to see Lennon go though, fantastic player and servant but Mirallas coming in will soften the blow.
Capoue loan deal agreed with WBA but he's turned it down. We need to be careful and not loan/get rid of too many as sod's law dictates we'll start getting injuries almost immediately.
