Beast ****ing lasts more than 25 seconds lad<laugh>

Was reading a thing a while back and it said that if you want to be truly fit you need to do what you are doing about 6 to 8 hours a day, paid it no mind till I seen this tv program where a Japanese American judo expert went back to Japan and worked in this restaurant making these rice ball things, he lasted 5 minutes and was bolloxed, yet the old shop owner did it 8 hours straight

Looking at buying some weights... nothing too fancy just some decent reliable ones for £20-£30.

    Anyone have any recommendations?

Thought you would want some adjustable ones so you can move the weight up and down. End of the day it's just weight and that's what counts for training. Those look ok. Just make sure you get decent build quality and some where it's not a pain to change the weight. Believe me, in the middle of a training sesh you will want any adjustment to be quick and not fiddly. Also make sure you've got enough weight up at the top end. Will 30kg be enough for you and the exercises you want to perform?? Are you just starting lifting or have you done a bit already??

They are adjustable, can add and remove as see fit.

Still googling a few to see what else is around at the moment but not a huge gym person so never looked into good reliable brands etc.

My gym has some weights from Jordan, pretty sure they only make fixed weight ones though, I know York, Bodymax and Golds Gym make home fitness type stuff... lots of choice out there

That suggests that they come apart and can be put together with different weights <ok>
