    I would like to swim a lot more than I do,but the bloody temperatures around the British isles are harsh bar the best of the summer maybe. :emoticon-0157-sun:

    I don't send the kids anymore. If I send the kids they'll let the dog out so not only will I have to get up to put him back, the youngest will get awoken in all the commotion. I just plan ahead :)

    Yeah,that aswell <laugh> I live in one of only two or three places in the whole of Britain that still flushes untreated sewage into local waters #disgrace

    Will be changing sport club/gym soon. New place has a nice pool with jacuzzi.

    Final straw to change from current place was using the smith machine today and it was fecking moving as a i was on it, place badly needs some new equipment. and it's too small
