It seems such a needlessly missed opportunity, I can't help but think there's a sub-plot. Maybe I'm just paranoid?
I too looked for the flag yesterday but couldn't see it anywhere. Poor show imo. But as the mirrors have still failed to appear in the ladies loos then I wasn't actually that surprised.
Out of interest what sort of money are we looking at for a flag? Can't we just get a **** load of smaller ones and bring them match day & then take them home? I'm sure we're making things harder then they should be?

Possibly, but the boss still needs to know. A lot of these things are strange things for a media bloke to be dealing with. Surely there's some one else at the club could/should do it? What's the supporters liaison officer's remit?

It seems the SMC lost our flag(something to do with the cleaners shifting it), they found it yesterday but too late to put it up before the game. Dutch(and in turn the not606 posters who donated) will apparently be getting a letter of apology from the SMC shortly. It should now make it's debut at QPR.
They can't send a letter of apology to those that donated as they have no way of knowing who they are. It wasn't the cleaners that moved it. I'm in the process of arranging to meet people from the club to see what the issues are. Any promises are premature.
Get her sacked OLM Can't you send read receipts on emails now to check they're being opened and read. Surely a string of those will land her in hot water.
There are on going discussions between those involved. I'l post more when it's clearer what happened and what's liable to happen, rather than speculate.

****ing annoys me that Villa had several flags and banners draped across empty seats last night, while our club can't even display one little ****er for us. They haven't got a bastard clue.

Aye, and I don't think they started there. Their fans saw a perfect opportunity to display their colours. We know there's going to be games where that block will be empty. ****ing baffling our club hasn't the foresight to put our own banners there.
