We should start singing that instead of "TONY FERNANDES!"

The main problem we'll face under relegation and FFP is a transfer embargo, so we'll be stuck with the shyte we've got, ageing has-beens and non-performers. There's zero creativity in this side so we really do look like we'll drop like a stone unless the Football League do it for us and kick us out.

    It's really looking bleak...

Aside wanting to have success with QPR and gain profit from his endeavours here, what would be the other possibilities? Why would someone want something they have ownership of to fail?

If that's right, no football club has have had an owner with bad intentions. By "bad" I mean, "not aligned with the interests of the fans".

I think Fernandes has started to see (the?) light more in the past year than before when he was a little star-struck and high on Harry. Bringing in Les and the very real threat of a multi-million pound fine accompanying the relegation threat coupled with the realities that come with trying to get a new stadium plan has done more to clear his thinking than anything. All of sudden, stupid signings, disengaged supporters and a manager who's out of sync with the team is having a real impact on his ability to enjoy the game and the team he's grown into.

Running a club isn't like an airline and I suspect he thought that his passion for football and business skills would be all that was needed. Now he's realizing that's not the case and whatever folks like Harry once brought to the game, they aren't delivering any more -- at least to the standards he needs.

He's starting to get a little distance from things and that's good; it's helping him seen not just the manager and the club, but the community around it.

......but based on our marvelous home form we set a record as the only team to achieve this and somehow stay up.

I know, right? Those wins at home against Palace and Swansea really set us up. Oh, wait...
