Oh yeah, it could happen but it seems more likely to me that one of Liverpool or Ings would want to wait until the end of the season in the hope there's a better deal to be done then.

 

The agreement from Ings is potentially the tricky point.
I know pundits bang on about players have a lot of confidence and "back themselves" to get in their new team, but he must have to realise that he would be firmly second place behind Sturridge.

Their system would not work with Ings and Sturridge. They will need more creativity than Sterling in that side

Same with Spurs for that mind. Poch does not play with 2 strikers so unless he is played like Jay was in Poch's system that can't work either

He has a slightly better chance with us (assuming Jay leaves), as Mane is good but inconsistent and Long is not really good enough. But not much better

Of all the clubs he has been linked with Newcastle would potentially be best in terms of higher stature, wages and likelihood of starting. But they don't have a lot of ambition as a club...

It is an important decision for him and one that could kill his career (like Rodwell, Sinclair and a few others before them)

Looks like Feyenoord are playing hard ball with Vilhena. They want a lot of money, even tho he wants to leave.So we most likely will have to wait until the summer. Fair play to them really, it was like us with Shaw.

 

Really hope we can sign both Djuricic & Vilhena, and get Schneiderlin & Wanyama back asap. Given those players we'd have a choice of Elia, Mane, Djuricic, Vilhena, JWP, & S. Davis for those 3 roles behind the striker. In fact, I'd really like anything to get Tadic on the bench for a few games really, just so he can think about his mistakes he's making (crossing 100% either into the keeper's arms or hitting the first man), and stop acting like a show pony. Needs to realise he has competition for his place, and isn't yet half the player the thinks he is. He was the worst player on the park today by some margin, and that's pretty embarrassing when you think how poor Swansea were.

 

So Djuricic looking like the only incoming?

 

Depends how much we want Vilhena. I haven't heard any other names tho.
