I'd still say he was a player who at the time could have left Real to join a title chasing side and so in some respects, joining us was a surprise (a great one though!). There were rumours Bayern had bid £18m for him just a day or two before the transfer deadline but the deal went dead and seeing as Real wanted rid, Levy done his work and we nabbed what I'd consider a world class player for £8m. I liked Kranjcar, thought he played really well for us when he got his chances and was sorry to see him go. Not blessed with pace but had that ability to find space and usually make something positive out of it. Not seen much of him at QPR though.

I doubt that was true. 18m + his wife working a lot in Germany = no-brainer all round. Munich may have been playing much harder ball on the fee than Levy was (which takes some doing) .
It must be his QPR catchphrase. He had several different ones at Spurs, including the versatile 'triffic' and the ever-present '2 points from 8 games'. He'll always be available for the media, regardless of the subject. Well, nearly...
There's a rumour you're in for Charlie Austin fellas http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/286828-Hands-off-Levy!
Did that first guy really say that Spurs and Liverpool have spent loads of money on ****e players without a shred of irony?
I believe so . We're as big a set of culprits as any Club, relatively speaking. Speaking of good, young English strikers, Harry Kane's really come good ain't he? Its not long ago we were apparently going to take him on loan and some fans of another Club he was loaned to (S'land? Hull?) came on and told us not to touch him as he was sh*t! I wonder what they're thinking now!
He was at Norwich for a while and picked up a serious injury that put him out for months, but it's probably Leicester fans that spoke poorly of him. They loaned him for the arse end of the 2012/13 campaign when he was recovering from the Norwich injury and it really didn't work out. The manager didn't seem to rate him and it damaged his confidence. He's currently got 1 less goal than them in all competitions this season. If you include England U21 games, then he's scored about 5 more, IIRC.
Some ugly bird has gone from QPR to Spurs apparently: http://www.not606.com/threads/qpr-lose-finance-director.287724/ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...new-role-Tottenham-Hotspur.html#ixzz3NTzbqTRd
She's been working at Spurs for over a month now on a part time basis whilst working out her notice at QPR.
Apparently Adebayor is coming to us on loan lads. Has he totally lost it or is there still something left in him?
As an outside observer i would say he will start like the best striker you ever had (always does). The man has talent but is a lazy ****er who just plays for the contract then sits it out
Harry ruled out a move a couple of days ago, rather than say what a t'riffic player he is as he usually does.
If Redknapp can get him playing again, which wouldn't surprise me, then him and Austin will score a lot of goals. He's got the ability, he's just a bit of a pillock.
Redknapp is a pathological liar. Wouldn't pay much heed to that. I'd be amazed if Redknapp could get anyone playing. If Ronaldo came to QPR he'd turn to sh*t within a week. Cheers for the info guys
