The Russian gangs have some of the best hackers around. dodgy websites is most commonly how they do their hacking. Thousands of people get hacked without ever realising they ever were, until they start seeing weird things on credit card bills or money vanishing from bank accounts or even new accounts\cards in your name ramping up debts
