Same old bollocks from the same old ****s I see.

You're correct, I wasn't prepared to accept OLMs statements. I still won't. He's made quite a few that turned out to be untrue.

Not sure why it bothers some of you that I prefer to wait for official statements before reacting to something.

Also not sure what being consistent offends some of you so much either.

Accusing me of only being interested in the PL is quite funny especially considering where that's coming from.

In five years time Hull Tigers will be an established Premier League team.
We will have improved steadily each season and had our first season in Europe when we just missed out on a place in the quarter finals of the Europa League on penalties.

The Development Squad which SB nurtured will account for four first team regulars and three more will be sold bringing a profit of £22million to the club. This and a steady flow of Premier League money will
bring the club's debt down to £32million (and falling) even though the transfer record has been broken again with the outlay of £40million for a top Spanish midfielder.

The mood amongst supporters will be incredibly optimistic and the name-change issue will be a distant memory as people enjoy the success of Hull Tigers (mostly people will refer to the club as 'The Tigers' except
for the Press and Media who still insist on calling us Hull).

CTWD will still exist. The membership will be down to around 80 diehards who sometimes meet up to moan about pretty much everything while still going to the matches and cheering Hull Tigers, and in a poll run
by HDM 93% of supporters will agree they would not want to go back to the name Hull City Association Football Club.

It's quite simple, all the traditionalist are complaining about the re-branding - then ignore it.

Lets get rid of these plastic supporters who'll refuse to go if the name changes, if their support of this club is so shallow then we don't want them.

I'm sure that all the people who find 'AFC' so important to them can always find another club.

The owner is attempting a minor re-branding by removing AFC to bring investment into the club and this is being opposed by blind sentimentality.

Hull City, Hull Tigers or Timbuktu Tigers......I'll be at the KC Stadium next season to support my team.

Maybe an Italian playing for a Spanish Club, maybe Craig could confirm it for us.

The search function on this version of the site is much better than the one on the old site. I've done a few searches for things and found it returns posts that it didn't used to for particular words.

The search function on the old site was next to useless, I've managed to find every old thread I've search for since the switch.

Shouldn't you have put an irony alert warning on there for those who have had irony bypass operations?

A bit below the belt accusing someone of being a *****phile just because you've shown yourself up isn't it?

Have you any proof to back up your accusation? Because this is defamatory and vile and I will take it further.

It's not the first time you've accused a poster of being a child sex abuser either.

This kind of convincing argument is becoming increasingly common from the frustrated name changer.

Did you really spend time re-writing that tripe? The initial format highlighted the reason for the thread's bump far better.

Maybe it just whooshed over your head?
